Depoimento: Jen Perissi helped us find the perfect house for our needs. We had a very unique situation in that we were only in town for a few days to find a house. Jen was proactive in communicating with us to refine our wants/needs for the house and then she scheduled a full day of house visits while we were in town. She also went to locations and did virtual tours with us through FaceTime when we could not be in town. We were able to close on a house within a few months of starting our search with Jen. She was wonderful to work with and made us feel as if we had a family member helping us to find a house in GA.

Depoimento: Fran is extremely personable, timely and attentive. Over the past 10 years and two home purchases, we have dealt with at least 5 different sales agents and even have one currently selling our home in GA that isn't up to snuff. In our experience they haven't been timely or responsive, and behave as if nothing is an urgency. Very disenchanting and frustrating. Fran clearly treats all of her clients like her only client and that's a priceless skill in today's market. We recommend her without hesitation.

When we first moved to Florida she worked with us for a full year to assist us. She knows the entire County very well and is a NATIVE. Depoimento: Ron was wonderful to work with and is just a good guy. As first time home buyers. Ron was very patient with my husband and me, always answering our questions, never once pressuring us. Prior to the whole process, I had been expecting the experience to be long and arduous but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and relatively easily we were able to find a home and close on it. It turned out to be a little over a month from the time we started looking to closing signatures. Ron really listened to us and showed us homes that fit our needs and budget. Additionally, the mortgage person he recommended was great and the two of them working together expedited the whole process, making it go quite smoothly. We are so pleased with our new home and cannot recommend Ron enough!

Depoimento: Denise helped us buy our first home in Florida, a condo in Punta Gorda. Since we were on a tight schedule when we visited Florida she was able to spend the entire day showing us 8 properties and then another one the next day. She was very organized and knowledgeable about features of each property and included pictures to help us remember which condo was which. When we made an offer , she ran comps. and gave us a price to offer. It turned out she was right on because the independent appraisal supported that. When issues arose during the contract period Denise was on top of it. She worked through each issue and kept us informed all along the way. Depoimento: Corinna Connors is the best! She helped tremendously when I lived out of state and had to move my elderly dad in NY closer to me. While I was out of state she checked on him daily for me, met with movers for me, and kept me in the loop as to how things were progressing. The house sold very quickly and dad's move went without problems. I am so grateful to her and could not have done it without her!! She definitely went above and beyond what any other realtor would do!
