I was ultimately obligated to sell with another agency, though it should speaks volumes that Samantha was the first person I thought to contact. Samantha is polite, prompt to reply to inquiries, and ultimately just a good person and professional. I would definitely recommend her business, and she can relate to Veterans and VA loans - we will definitely be contacting her for any future transactions in my home area.

Depoimento: I never knew the value of a good real estate agent until I worked with Kim Brown. It started when I got the job of a lifetime and I need to sell my house ASAP so I could relocate to California. Kim was simply amazing! She was friendly and very knowledgeable about my area. She understood my urgency to sell and she put together a marketing plan that was unbelievable. As soon as we put the house on the market we had immediate interest in the home. And after 7 days on the market we received an offer! But that was just the beginning. I packed up my family and moved to California 3 weeks before closing. Kim was an invaluable resource when it came to helping me take care of some minor issues found on the inspection report. She would schedule the times with the contractors and be there when they arrived. That would have been impossible for me to do since I was 2500 miles away at this point. Because of Kim we had a smooth closing and very positive real estate transaction. And the best part is we feel like we make a real friend!
