Depoimento: Miguel was a AMAZING realtor. my fiance and I had a realtor before him. That agent was busy trying to be our friend and recommended the worst "loan officer" for us who ended up not having a loan for us while we were in escrow with a home. We backed out of it and I immediately fired her and her loan officer and found a loan officer named Eddie Rosales from Guild Mortgage. Eddie recommended Miguel(our new agent) and we knew we were in the right hands. Miguel called me right away and him and Eddie worked very well together as a team. Miguel was able to get us the house we wanted originally with the first realtor. she didn't want us to bid because there were 20 bids, when we met Miguel he actually sent us a list of homes and the same house fell out of escrow and I wanted to try and bid on it again. He warned us that there were 24 bids but he is willing to try. He worked his butt off!!!!!! and out of 24 bids, ours got granted with Miguel extra hard work. now we are living in the house we love and Miguel,l still stays in contact with us. I recommend Miguel and Eddie as a team because they will fight to get you, your dream house. Depoimento: Nancy helped us find our current home in February 2008 and did a marvelous job; we were very pleased. Since we are a little older and retirement is around the corner we thought we might sell our home and get a condo. We called Nancy and she located several in the area we wanted and she was always johnny-on-the-spot with return calls, emails and text messages. She showed us several condos but after viewing them we decided to stay in our current home. Nancy understood and was very gracious about us making the decision and mentioned that if we are happy where we are then we should stay where we are.
