One thing that especially stood out about Bruce was his knowledge of the home construction, which isn't something you necessarily expect from a real estate agent. But he was able to flag many of the issues that would be brought up in the home inspection during the initial walk through of the house.Bruce is very trustworthy and is certainly an expert in his field. I would recommend him for anyone who is buying a home.

It seemed to us that Patti not only made it her business to be available as our schedules permitted but was always patient, helpful and provided valuable insights into each of the MANY properties she arranged for us to see. She is an expert at the market and comes with every resource available to sell your house as quickly as possible for top market price. She also has excellent negotiation skills and helps to get you the best price for your purchase if you are shopping for a home. Thanks to her skills I sold above market and purchased below. Joy is always available, works very hard and will be there every step of the way. She is trust worthy, generous and goes the extra mile every time. She is ethical and the only agent you should use! Joy is top tier and I recommend her to anyone I talk to about buying or selling homes! Sotheby's needs to give her a corner office with a Starbucks machine. I am so thankful I've been able to work with her. I could not have gotten through my sale and purchase with out her knowledge and professionalism.

Depoimento: One of the traits I admire most about Terry is her honesty and overall willingness to go above and beyond to help our family not only sell the home we were in but to also buy our new home. She was never not available during our several week partnership. Each time I wanted to look at a potential home to buy, Terry made herself available to show us. Likewise in selling our home, as soon as a realtor contacted Terry with interest, Terry set it up with us immediately. Terry respected our timeframes for showing our house and even helped negotiate some visits where my husband (who broke his knee just after we listed our house to sell) could stay in the home. She was very understanding with our family needs. Terry spent time with us and never made us feel rushed like she had another appointment to get to. We felt like her only clients (even though we know we weren't). There were times I would text her late at night with a thought before I went to bed and she would immediately reply back. I highly recommend Terry Long for your real estate buying/selling needs.
