Depoimento: Shonn did an outstanding job! His staff Courtney and Brian answered any questions and solved all the problems that came up while selling my property. Shonn and his staff gave us over 70 showings in 4 months. Even though there were things wrong with the property and out of their control, they were still able to get me top dollar for my property and made the closing easy. Every time I called one of his staff they returned my call within minutes, they did an awesome job of marketing and accommodating my requests. I was an out of state seller and they went above and beyond to help me sell this property. If you need a Realtor then you need Shonn and his staff at Savvy and Co. I would reccomend Shonn to anyone and will use him when we move back to Charlotte.

Depoimento: If we had to describe Christine as a real estate agent, she is punctual, dependable, and conscientious of the buyer’s needs. We have been with several seller agents, and all seemed to just want to make their sale. Our budget was not all that great to work with and that could have been a contributing factor to the service that we were receiving. Christine made us feel important and was patient enough to work through several options while considering our budget size. She thoroughly explained the process which we call the “first-time buyers’ syndrome” – not knowing what the continuing steps would be and she would even keep in touch with us via phone if something was not done. These extra steps which we felt were above and beyond to not leave the potential buyer in the dark. The blueprints and steps to buying our first home became a reality. We generally do not write reviews but because we felt as though she went above and beyond for us, we would like to do the same by saying that it was a pleasure working with her. We would definitely keep her in mind for any future referrals we might have. If you are potentially a first time buyer, like we were, she is great to work with and is highly recommended. She takes the fright of buying a home and cheers you on with a smile no matter if you say, “yes” or “no” to the house she is showing you.
