The situation was somewhat unique due to the rules set up by the company holding the property, but she carefully gathered information and figured out the process. For a variety of reasons, we ended up being the back up offer on the place. Marion stuck with us and learned that the first offer fell through and notified us before it was known that the property might go back on the market. Because of that, we were able to confirm our offer and get the condo.We have only good things to say about Marion and highly recommend her.

She guided me through the entire complicated process, and I bought two rental properties with her help. she was almost spot-on in her prediction of how much it would sell for. What was most gratifying about the relationship was that Shelly alerted me to the downturn in the market and I was able to sell my rental properties prior to the crash. The value of that advice was directly attributable to the ROI I received on that home and that is a material impact on my lifestyle. So it goes without saying how much that advice meant to me.On top of that, Shelley referred us to various household vendors, who ended up being able to provide the best pricing and customer service out of multiple vendors.Now its time to look for our next and hopefully final primary home. Shelley is taking the time to let us look at neighborhoods, never pressuring. She takes the time (lots of it) to educate us and answer all our questions. She is always prompt in responding and while I know she had numerous clients at the time, big and small, she always made time for us. Not only that - she really cares. Shelley is honestly great.
