Depoimento: We worked with Mischa both from the seller’s perspective and the buyer’s perspective and she was awesome in both courts. Selling with Mischa: Friends referred her when they learned that we were looking into selling our house in Oakland. We invited her over to our home to get a feel for the space and talk about a possible game plan. She is very focused, organized and to the point, which is why we went ahead and asked her to be our agent for the sale. It was clear for us that we would leave the house so that it could be worked on any given time. Mischa, thankfully, took over and right away started getting bids, inspections and updated us every step of the way. We discussed improvements and she put forward some suggestions to spruce up the place strategically. We had some bumpy parts during the renovation, but Mischa was quick in trying to solve issues and mediated in case that was needed. You know you have someone special helping you when she’s showing up on the weekend helping with yard work. Nothing we expected of course, but we are very grateful she went the extra mile. The selling process again was very organized and to the point. She prepared the offers and walked us through different strategies. In the end, we were very happy with the results. Buying with Mischa: After we sold the house in Oakland, we started looking into our desired area. We received comps for recently sold houses in the area and she forwarded listings for us to look at. All in all we toured the area twice. We were lucky as we discovered a house that was pending for a while came back on the market and we ended up putting an offer in. Again, Mischa gave us options and strategies - which we followed – and we ended up buying that house. After the offer was accepted, she again put every resource into high gear and got inspectors out within a couple days. To sum this review up: Mischa is a great real estate agent who really knows her stuff. She is very observant and quickly figures out what you are looking for. There was never a moment where we felt as if we were sharing her expertise with other clients, which is very impressive. Buying and selling a house within 6 months is very ambitious, Mischa made it feel easy – which is why we can only recommend her.
