Depoimento: Diane was definitely the one for us. She is very knowledgeable and professional. We had lived in our house for thirty one years and knew absolutely nothing about selling a home. Diane made what could have been the most stressful experience ever a pretty easy process. She used the usual advertising but she also had some very innovative ideas for selling out home. We had a different situation than most, our home was one hundred years old. Diane never hesitated and worked diligently to find someone who truly wanted what the older home had to offer. Whatever came up, Diane handled it. She knows the paperwork inside and out, something we would have definitely known nothing about. On top of her realtor skills Diane is probably one of the friendliest and most understanding people I have known. She is, for sure, dedicated to her clients to make sure they are the number one priority. Diane also handled the purchase of our new home which she made sure was an easy process for us as well.

Depoimento: Cindy has maintained weekly contact w/me even though it has been tough trying to find a newer home w/views and acreage/privacy. She knows I am trying to keep the price around $425k/ $450k or less and she has sent me homes well below that -if anything she could increase the home prices. She has been consistent in her contact and follow up. ONE OF THE VERY FEW AS (98% of the realtors I contact just fade away!!) most just stop communicating but NOT Cindy! It is not easy trying to find a mountain home w/acreage,views and privacy.

Depoimento: Lukas was recommended to us by friends who had a great experience with him. He has been readily available for the many home tours we’ve been on, continuing to refine the searches based on what we’ve liked about the prior homes. Lukas’ website mentions that he did some general contracting and was a CPA. We didn’t think that really mattered, but it’s been very helpful having his understanding of construction, finances, and tax considerations. And icing on the cake… since he’s sharing the seller-paid commission with us, our closing costs are covered and we’ll have more money for furnishings! Our friends didn’t steer us wrong by recommending Lukas!

Depoimento: We had a great feeling about him. He showed us a few houses and had more that he wanted to show us. We tried to follow up on that, we asked for info, we asked to see a few properties over the next weekend. He replied but then never set it up and never returned our calls or emails from that point on. We tried several times after that with no response. I actually worried that something happened to him but after further investigation, didn't find any reason.

She coordinated repairs and utility changes and was instrumental in facilitating an ultra quick close that satisfied the needs of both the buyer and seller. Depoimento: Such a phone system... I want to speak to Barbara herself, not another eye-rolling person (who said she WAS an associate of Barbara's) Sorry it is Sunday. Not all of us sleep till 10:45 am. I was barraged with questions and I only wanted the info I asked for, and how to arrange a meeting WITH Barbara, "Well, (i was told) she's going to ask you the same questions.." Frankly, I do not have time for vocal eye-rolling, so I will seek help elsewhere IF I can find another agent/broker in Akron. Please do not be discourteous on the phone!! I did mention that I'm somewhat disabled, and had specific housing needs. And was ready to buy in a month.

Depoimento: AVOID...wasted over a week of my time...came out and wanted 7% commission. I told her she was hired at the normal 6%...... At which time she said my listing and pics would have to wait because she was "Going to the Lake" for the weekend.....then the promised Monday contact went by...then Tuesday....then she didn't even have the professionalism or courtesy to return my phone calls to say she wasn't interested, or why. Just completely blew me off. This princess does not deserve your business.
