She did everything she could for us, showed us all the houses we wanted to see, even took us to the same house multiple times, just to make sure we really wanted it. She pointed out things that could be a problem, put us on the right path when we started thinking about a house that might not have been the best investment, and let us know her opinion on everything we asked. She was ready and willing to stay up late, on the phone to make sure I could fill out the paperwork the right way. I would highly suggest using Marolynn in your future home buying!

Depoimento: Susan did an awesome job in selling my home. I had a condo for about 28 years. Most of the properties were sitting for a long time. Susan knew all the answers to my questions and was able to explain the ins and outs in layman's terms. She was also prompt for our meetings and never failed to keep me informed. She knew exactly how the condo should be priced. She actually negotiated with the buyer and got me additional monies. My condo sold in less than a week. Susan knew what she was doing and was also aware of what the buyer was thinking. I would never list a property with anyone but Susan.

Depoimento: My husband and I recently just bought our first home in the very intense West Seattle market, we were lucky enough to find Johnathan and Alexis to work with! This was our first home purchase and it just happens to be a sellers market, so needless to say we looked at a lot of homes. Alexis and Johnathan were always available to drive out to West Seattle to show us as many homes as we could handle. They always made time for us and responded to every text, call and email we sent! After our first offer was beat out, they helped keep our heads help high, reminding us that the right house will come - then it did. Our home had only been on the market for 3 hours when we looked at it and the seller wasn't reviewing offers but instead viewing them first come first serve. Boy did everyone move fast, Alexis drove home that night to put our offer together and submitted to the seller by 7 am the next morning! We were able to beat out 3 higher offers because of this speed and determination on Alexis and Johnathan's part.On top of the excellent service of Alexis and Johnathan, all other people they put us in contact with were amazing! We truly had an amazing experience as a first time home buyer which is rare for the insane Seattle market place - we will recommend this team to anyone buying!
