Depoimento: OK this is a long one but I cant say enough good things about our Realtor... Joanne was a pleasure to work with helping my husband and I find our dream home as first time buyers. She was very patient as we walked into our first meeting with the typical long list of everything the house MUST have with a very small budget and we weren’t willing to settle. Joanne was honest with us about our expectations and helped us be more open minded in what we were looking for within our price range. When we found homes we were interested in and forwarded to Joanne to schedule viewings, she was able to research and gather as much information as she could within a few hours. If anything seemed concerning to her, she would be sure to mention it. Such as deal breakers we mentioned to her in previous meetings and others were suggestions including “You may want to drive by this one, it’s a very busy road” ... things we didn’t catch when we saw the listing online. This insight helped us knock quite a few houses off our list up front which save us much stress and time. When we did view houses and were interested she was able to work with the selling agent and gather as much information up front as possible so any questions we may have had were answered immediately. Joanne was extremely responsive throughout the whole process, we never waited longer than an hour for a response on any of our requests/questions. When an answer was delayed she kept us fully informed on what information she did have and when she expected the remaining information. When our perfect home popped up, Joanne got us full home information as well as scheduled viewing for the next day. This house had everything we were looking for and more, including space to expand. We fell in love with the home right away. Joanne knew it was a rare find and made sure to have serious discussion with us right away regarding an offer without rushing anything. Thankfully, because it turned out the house already had offers as well as a long list of other interested buyers. She helped us negotiate the price to where we were comfortable and helped communicate our requests from the seller within a very timely manner. Our friends and family were very impressed with the quality and speed at which Joanne was able to gather all of our information. Joanne not only provided fabulous service of her own but had great suggestions for quality, affordable vendors to work with for our other home buying needs. I can honestly say that our first home buying experience was AMAZING from the day we met Joanne to the day we closed (and even to this day). HIGHLY recommend Joanne!

I was apprehensive as I heard horror stories about the home buying process. We were first time home buyers dealing with sellers who were a big pain and were dragging their feet with putting a septic in. Teresa stayed on their realtor and made the process move as quickly as possible. Any time I needed to contact her she was always very responsive and called back within the hour. Once we found a house we wanted to look at Teresa had us there within one to two day. If you want a realtor who knows her stuff, I highly recommend her!

Depoimento: Janet is an exceptional Real Estate Broker whom we would highly recommend. She conducts her business in a very professional manner. She was very quick to get back to us and kept us well informed through the whole process of buying a house. She is highly knowledgeable about the market in the South Orange and Maplewood area. During our search for a house, she showed us numerous houses, patiently learning and understanding what we were looking for and then quickly adapting and identifying properties we would like. Throughout the whole process she maintained a very neutral balanced approach focussing on what we wanted and never pushed us. If the properties she showed us did not work out she simply found more to show till she got it right. Once we found our house, she guided us through the whole process extremely well, explaining each of the steps as well as putting us in touch with her network of people ranging from lawyers, home inspectors to home maintenance resources. This is where her experience in the area paid off for us. She was great in helping us negotiating with difficult sellers with her being professional and giving us good advice as to how to proceed through it all.Janet did all of this with a very positive can do energetic attitude. Depoimento: Oneida helped us buy a home in Montclair, we had moved from out of state so it was a huge help that she knew the town so well. She is so easy to work with and was a great help post-sale with helping to find high quality contractors, plumbers, you name it! Four years later and we still call her for recommendations sometimes. We are very happy with our home, but if we were to sell we would definitely go with Oneida.

I got close to the listing price on my very large home which became under contract in one month. I had gotten opinions from two other agents prior to hiring Alyson, and both advised me to list it for hundreds of thousands less than what it eventually sold for! I'm sure glad I didn't use those other two agents... Alyson knew I could get much more, and I did!
