Depoimento: I can't praise Darlene highly enough. Ours was a unique situation: the home we were selling belonged to my late parents who had it built when they were still young themselves. Darlene's family did the same directly across the street not long after. We all grew up in the neighborhood, parents and children alike. Most of the adults stayed long into retirement and beyond. Several of the kids bought in the neighborhood to raise their own families. When my Dad passed at nearly 80, we were left with not just the house and my parents' things, but the memories of the neighborhood - the parties, the camaraderie, the dependability, the feeling of family and protection and safety. Darlene understood that like no other agent I could imagine (and there was at least one other realtor whose kids I babysat for whom I could have called). We are grateful for Darlene's compassion through a very difficult time; it was immeasurable. But what IS measurable is her efficiency and expertise combined with genuine concern about best practices and procedures for her clients. We never felt she was pressuring us because she never did. Not once. I remain grateful to her for her sage advice and friendship throughout the entire painful process.
