We contacted 3 of his references and they were all excellent and accurate. Jonathan worked very hard, showing us 42 homes in about 6 weeks. He worked within our schedules, listened carefully to what we wanted, and stayed within our budget and timeframe requirements. He helped us find a neighborhood and home where we are very happy. Jonathan was easy to work with, very helpful in answering our questions about the construction of the homes we saw, and patiently explained the paperwork involved in purchasing a new home. He also helped us find a mortgage broker who got all the necessary paperwork to the closing table on time and the closing went very smoothly.We are very happy in our new home and feel we got excellent value for what we paid. Depoimento: Mechelle sold TWO homes for us. Before she listed the house she and her partner, Donna Lewis Stiles educated us on how to present our house. Mechelle told us how to decorate and make our house uncluttered for professional photos and web presentation. When she pronounced that we were ready, we signed the listing and she put on the MLS. We had two full price offers on the first day. Mechelle guided us through the process of negotiating our price UP, and 4 days later we had a signed contract. The photographer she used created beautiful photos for the website. She pushed me to list my house at higher than I thought was appropriate but I'm so glad she did. I had an two offers in the first 3 days and ended up selling it for $2k higher than the listing price.
