Depoimento: Annette handled the sale of my parents' home. Despite my parents' previous realtor's dismal listing of their home, Annette was able to update the listing to show the home's true character and finer points. I know she was dealt no easy task, but thanks solely to all her hard work, the home sold with no issues in a reasonable amount of time. Depoimento: Mark never gave me the impression he was truly on my side. In one conversation he actually told me that "It doesn't matter what I wanted, it's what the market dictates. In the end at the last moment I had to pay a great deal of money for landscaping and etc because he rarely went to property, knowing that I was out of town. I have to admit that the house sold fairly quickly, but when the house was finally sold Mark never gave me a call to tell me it all was done!!!!! I have several friends in real estate that informed me that they had a problem with the things I was telling them about our interactions.Bottom line -I waited several months to write this because I don't like giving anyone a bad report. I will never use insurgency again
