Depoimento: My wife and I just purchased our first home with Mark as our Realtor and we could not be happier. Mark exudes a professional and very personable demeanor. He was knowledgeable regarding the home-buying process and helped us tremendously in this area. Mark also is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to the potential problems a home may present. What really stood out to my wife and I was how attentive Mark was to our needs. He was prompt at answering all communications, even if it meant answering the phone at 10pm. He was more than able to match our aggressive style, never failing to schedule showings for us on short notice and even coming to showings with Offers to Purchase filled out and awaiting our signatures. When it came time to negotiate with the Seller on our eventual purchase, Mark was again great, managing to secure roof repairs as a part of the purchase agreement. On top of all this, Mark is a great guy with whom my wife and I greatly enjoyed talking. We can't recommend him enough.

Depoimento: Nick is the most patient person I know. I am, admittedly, a very difficult client. I had a nice house that I rented and was willing to wait for the right house. I work strange hours and am very picky. Nick showed me houses around my schedule for almost 10 months. He never pressured me to make an offer and never seemed frustrated that I wanted to wait. He was always willing to talk strategy and taught me a lot about real estate and the Buffalo market.In October, I finally bid and after some back and forth, my offer was accepted. From then on, Nick really earned his commission. The other realtor was very difficult to deal with. The deal fell through once and almost twice. There was financing issues, new contracts, amendments and a last minute offer to deal with. This deal literally changed hour by hour. Nick fought for me and made this deal happen. I can honestly say that without him, I would not have gotten my dream house. He was with us, truly with us, from beginning to end and I appreciate everything he did for me and my family.I don't know "what" you are looking for in a realtor, but trust me when I say that Nick Raczyk is the "who" you are looking for. Thank you Nick for everything. You made my family's dream of owning this home, by the dog park, come true!

We have been searching for over a year for the perfect house and Steve was very patient and willing to get us into any house we wanted to see (even on very short notice). We didn't know a whole lot about how the process worked and Steve walked us through step by step and educating us on what to expect next and giving us several outcomes. His years of experience and knowledge of the area and pricing were excellant and I feel like he knew everyone. Once we found the perfect house he told us exactly what to do and was willing to meet us on the weekend to finalize everything. Our offer was excepted at the beginning of March and by March 31st we were living in our new home! Thank you Steve.

Depoimento: When I attempted to close the overhead door, it would not move. I was frustrated and called this service provider for help right away. The technician who came in replaced the garage door safety sensors after discovering that they had failed completely. He also showed me how to keep the new devices properly aligned. I would certainly hire this service again.
