Depoimento: Casey was our agent when we recently purchased our home and we did not have a good experience. She was not good at returning our calls/emails and more often than not, we had to leave multiple voicemails and send text messages for her to get back to us. There were a couple of times where we called the main office for them to get in touch with her. We also felt like she didn't always have our best interest at heart and were asking her to go back to the seller's agent for things that she should have taken care of without us flagging it. We're not first time home buyers and know that the process could have gone smoother and a lot less stressful with a different agent.

She even got in our car and rode around town helping us look for a rental when we were new in the area and she didn't even know us. She spent 8 months helping us look virtually and all around town for a house. She was very nurturing and encouraging through the crazy process of buying a house in one of the most expensive places in the United States. My husband and I were looking to buy house in Temecula and move from San Diego, because we liked the market here and liked that we could get more for our money. Michelle and Sandy showed us some amazing houses and made the home buying process so much more enjoyable in what could be a roller coaster of emotions. They were always available and diligent. Depoimento: Leo Shen was incredibly unprofessional from the start. I contacted him via the Zillow inquiry form and he never responded to my e-mail. I waited a day, and then gave him a call. He was very short with me, giving one word answers to my questions. He was not friendly or enthusiastic at all. We scheduled a viewing and he asked me to call him half an hour before the viewing to remind him. I called half an hour before, and he asked me to call him when I arrived. At this point I was very apprehensive and wondering if he would even show up to the property. We arrived at the property and gave him a call, thinking he was nearby and would head over upon my arrival. When I called, he gave us the combination to the padlock that contained the keys. I thanked him and told him I would see him soon. He told me to give him a call when I was done viewing the property. At this point there were so many red flags I should have left and continued my property search. However, we really liked what we had seen of the property and wanted to move forward with renting. We went along with the viewing and were even more enthusiastic about the house. I gave him a call, said we had a few questions, and asked if we could e-mail them to him. He said sure and texted me his e-mail address. That night I sent out our questions. He replied two days later saying he had gotten our questions and was working on a response. After not hearing from him for 3 more days, I sent a follow-up e-mail saying we were looking forward to hearing from him and were very interested in the property. Three more days passed and I noticed that the listing was no longer on Zillow. We called and he informed us that it had already been rented. I don't know if the property owners are aware of how unprofessional and clearly unenthusiastic Leo has been, or the fact that he is letting people into the house with no supervision or collateral. I 100% would never recommend working with Leo.
