Both of us had been renting for years, so it was terrific to find someone like Barbara Rabner who not only knows the area that was of interest to us, but was remarkably patient and helpful in explaining to us the process of finding and buying a home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the houses themselves, and the grounds around them. Barbara also advised us about applying for mortgage loans--another new thing for us. Negotiations with the owner were all handled by Barbara, acting as an excellent go-between for us and the seller about all questions we had about the house. In other words, I can whole-heartedly recommend Barbara Rabner as a realtor.

Depoimento: We worked with Gray to purchase our house in Indy while we were living in southern Indiana. Gray was a HUGE help throughout the entire process. He explained terminology and paperwork in a down-to-earth manner. Our home purchase incurred some changes on the seller's end, but he made everything painless on our end. His negotiations were superb, and wound up getting us a great deal and the seller seemed very pleased as well.Above all, he treated us as people... Not as a commission. He was NOT "pushy" and had a great deal of patience with us. At no point did we ever feel as though we were being steered and/or manipulated... In fact, the whole process was fun! In the end, he picked out a house to show us that made us cancel the rest of our showings that day; he listened to what we said and found exactly what we were looking for.I would (and will) recommend Gray to anyone looking for a realtor in the area. That's actually my only complaint: Since he nailed it on our house, we won't get to go through the process with him again.

Gus is very knowledgeable and has a real knack for listing a property at the right price to draw multiple offers. My property had 2 offers on the table within 12 hours of listing and within 48hrs I had a signed contract - significantly over the asking price. All went well during the option period with the help of Gus' skillful negotiations and closing was a breeze. Gus never failed to return a call or answer a question, and I'm sure the buyer's realtor was very pleased to work with him. He's such a nice guy too! What more could you want in a real estate broker?

Depoimento: She was great in the beginning but once our offer was approved she did nothinv else for us. It was hard to get a hold of her and she never returned our phone calls. Once we closed on our house, we found out that stuff she agreed we would get we never got. I would not recommend her for 1st time home buyers.
