Depoimento: Debbie has been great to work with. We started the looking process a while before we actually were able to get our house on the market. Throughout all of that time, Debbie has been great at keeping us abreast of which houses were on the market and how things were going. She gave us numerous references for when we needed professionals to get a few jobs done and spent time advising us of the things that we needed to do to get our house on the market and the search for our new home underway. Besides being a professional Debbie is a very nice, she cares about her clients and forms relationships and is there when you need her. I would highly recommend Debbie as a great realtor to work with.

Depoimento: DAN BASIL charged us a move in fee of $250 (never had this happen to me in all my years of renting). He said the apartment at 15360 60th Ave N Plymouth, MN would be cleaned and move in ready. The paint was badly touched up in unit. Previous water damage, he never fixed. The place was dirty. I had to steam clean the carpets at my own cost before I could let my family move in. He provided 3 different contracts to sign. Upon moving out, we cleaned the place and put it in better shape than received. He charged: $30 for a replacement filter, which I replaced the day I moved out. Wall Repair of $125. Carpet Cleaning of $60. Blind Replacement which were broken when we moved in of $70. Please leave a review if you had similar dealings. BEWARE!

Not only did he spend a ton of time looking for properties, researching them, and helping us through the entire process - he also even helped to change a tire in the pouring rain in a mud driveway! She was able to get our home on the market and an offer to buy in less than 24 hours from when it hit the market. We were not expecting an offer so quickly. Pam knew we were pressed for time and that where we wanted to move was a limited area. She worked diligently to find us the perfect place for us to call our new home. The whole process with her was smooth and worry free. She was able to recommend a top notch mortgage broker who in turn got us a great contact for our homeowners insurance. She was also able to recommend a local mover that saved us over $1,000.00 then what we were quoted from one of the national companies. I would recommend Pam Seals to anyone if they were in the market to buy or sell their home.
