Do to the fact that all 3 transactions have been either rental properties or farm land it has taken creative solutions to get the deals done. If I brought a property to Amy's attention that she didn't think was completely right for us she'd still check it out to make sure. Brian's background in construction and vision for remodeling helped us tremendously when we found our diamond in the rough. Depoimento: Linda came highly recommended from three of my co-workers. As a first time home buyer and a non-native to Ann Arbor, I had no clue what I was getting into. Luckily, Linda did most of the heavy lifting! She is absolutely amazing: patient and flexible to my demanding work schedule; very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods; proactive in finding homes that fit my needs; and worked relentlessly to try and fix an issue that occurred during closing (the seller at fault and problem resolved).
