He was always one step ahead of having everything in order and thinking of what may happen next. He provided monitoring of the property and even cleaned prior to clients stopping by. He even said "I can make more money if you buy this house but i don't think it's right for your family". So it was nice to see that he cared about getting us the right house not the most expensive. He is very knowledgeable about the area and knows how to give great advice and take care of problems from selling agent. I had a long and agonizing experience buying a house but David was always positive and helpful through out the process.
