After meeting with her, I cancelled my appointment with the other realtor and decided to have her sell my home! I came away impressed with her passion and energy and I knew that she was going to work her tail off to sell my home! I was also impressed with her knowledge of the housing market and knowing what I needed to do to make my house more appealing. Once my house went on the market, I felt absolutely comfortable in having my home listed with her. Martina is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She helped us set the best price on our home, and monitor nearby listings to make sure we were priced attractively and competitively. Depoimento: Peter went above and beyond. We moved here from Scotland, so Peter not only took on being our Realtor, but being our eyes as well. Took extra pictures of houses on our potential list and was beyond patient in our mad rush with only few days to look. Very knowledgeable and patient, helped us to understand things we'd never have considered or even known to consider. He made negotiating with the sellers a breeze.
