It was my first sales experience in New York City and I was surprised that Francisco held open houses every weekend until he got several meaningful offers, which we could work with. He made my apartment look very nice for every open house staging it with his own props. He understands the market trends very well and the best strategy to sell your place in order to get the best price for you. I was very impressed. Depoimento: Eva Kwag is a great choice. We worked together and she found me a terrific apartment--great location, great view, fair price. She works fast but is also patient. We went to see an apartment. It was terrific. I almost signed on the spot but thought about it overnight. I realized it was not what I wanted--great view, not great location, and while "a lot of room for the money" it was too big--I liked a smaller compact space. And I was not ready to really rent. I wrote her a note She explained that I would have to make some hard choices--was it money? No. Location. Yes. View, the most important. OK. Six weeks later I was more clear. I called her at noon, we had the next apartment set up at 4, I signed at 4:15. It was perfect, great location, great place, great view, and excellent price. And it was the last unit with that view at that price. She moved fast and I got what I wanted. Eva is great work with, very smart and makes you get clear on what you want--obviously no one can represent us if we are not clear! She walks into the room with confidence and a lot of powerful humility, represents great, and gets the job done. She is a talent. Obviously I plan to work with her again.
