From the minute we met Sue we knew she was the genuine article and would get our house sold. She was attentive, was there for our every call or email. This sale had to be one of the most complicated and gut wrenching I have ever been involved in (I've moved 13 times and was a realtor in another state). Depoimento: I just relocated to the area and went through several realtors before landing with Maria and Roy. I was gone quite often with work and maintaining another home outside the state and needed someone that could do much of the leg work of finding the home as well as navigate the negotiations and paperwork when I wasn't in town. They were also able to help move things forward very quickly to make the timing work for selling the previous home and closing on the new home to allow for moving to be much smoother. I was very pleased with my experience with them and would recommend them to others looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Depoimento: Dori and Tim provided above and beyond help to me in an area I was unfamiliar with under quite unique circumstances and I would highly recommend them to anyone.To give you a little background on the situation, I was getting out of the Navy (I was stationed outside of Seattle, WA) and accepting a position with a company in Houston, TX. I didn't have much time to find a house so I went off some previous reviews of a real estate company and was setup with Dori as my agent. I told her I would be flying into Houston and only had 2 days to see as many houses as possible and sent her a giant list of houses I wanted to see. She took that list and organized the houses in the most efficient way to see them and add others along the way that she thought I might be interested in because of things I had sent her. Over those 2 days both Dori and Tim took me around and we probably saw over 30 houses. I found one I fell in love with and we put in an offer on that house. After some negotiation I was told by the sellers that they accepted my offer and everything would be moving forward the next day. After flying out of Houston and landing back in Seattle I got a phone call from Dori saying the sellers had decided to go with another last minute offer and had backed out of the agreement with me. Dori immediately tried contacting them and even talked to her broker to see if there was any legal thing that could be done, since they told me they were going with my offer; However, since they had not signed any paperwork, nothing was binding. So now I was in Seattle, without a house, and nothing really looked good after the one I had fallen in love with. Dori, Tim, and I continued searching for houses, them in person and me on the internet. Every time I found a house I liked Tim or Dori would walk through it and FaceTime me so I could see the house and how everything flowed (it is hard to get an idea from pictures sometimes). They would go out of her way to point out things and was very detailed on these walkthroughs. In the end, they ended up finding me an amazing home and got me well below the asking price, which anyone knows in the Summer market in Houston is a very hard thing to do.So if you took the time to read all that, and you need convincing that Dori and Tim were who you should go with, I hope that helped you make up your mind.Thanks again Dori and Tim!

Depoimento: To be a bona fide homeowner never crossed my mind until I read in Midweek and also saw on TV about United Veterans Home Loan. After my initial meeting with Jason Scott who immediately put me at ease, all fear left me and I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. And when he put me in touch with Jim Lanier and told me Jim would be my realtor, then everything fell into place. Jim first asked me where I was interested in living and what was my criteria in finding the right home. First answer was: not Ewa Beach, Kapolei, and anyplace beyond; and second: I have multiple pets (dogs 'n cats) who are my family. I liked the fact that Jim didn't look at me like I was crazy and w/out any delay found me several properties to look at that had no restrictions on pets. In fact, I was able to settle on my first "home" the first weekend of our open house venture. It was good to know that Jim kept in constant touch w/ me and kept me abreast of where we were at in obtaining this property. I have not once had him be unavailable when I called w/ a question. If anyone needs this as a testament to his integrity, you have come to the right place. You will not be disappointed w/ his service and character. You may also be rest assured that I will call on him when I'm ready to move on to a bigger 'n better home. Baby steps y'know.... :)!
