Depoimento: I own my first home now, because of her. My wife and I had received help for down payment assistance through an initiative sponsored by NeighborhoodLIFT and Wells Fargo. Naturally, I was skeptical of any professional's help because I felt that the assistance I would be receiving towards my down payment would mark me down as cheap or uneducated. Susan did not make light of the situation and it was shown through her hard work and help. She really did represent me even as far as giving me insight on important information that I otherwise would have never known. She would always explain to me the documents I would be signing in clear, concise, and simple language. This, to me, is a true sign of a professional; to know your craft so well that you can break it down for another person and have that person take informed decisions and actions because of it. Of course, the biggest proof I can show of Susan's skill is that I am now a homeowner. Everything my wife wanted is in it: a chimney, outdoor patio, corner lot (with plenty of trees), big backyard, French doors, 2-story, and red-brick facade. She was so nice to my wife as well. My wife loved the fact that she could speak her mind with Susan since Spanish is a language that both know well. From every member of my "home buying team", Susan was (and will be, if ever needed again) the most important. Using a home inspection report I had sought, she was able to persuade a price reduction of the home for us. When we were out home shopping (which we did a lot of), Susan was always informing us on what to look for and there were so many "red flags" that I would have missed had it not been for her. Her presence in the final signing made my wife and I feel at ease since we knew that we had someone there that was truly on our side. She was even gracious enough to leave us a housewarming present! She still keeps us in the loop of the housing market and lets us know of any potential homes that we might be interested in. Of course, for now, I am in love with my first home. Still, it is so reassuring to know that Susan is only a message away if want to dive back into the housing market.

Depoimento: Very patient, down to earth and flexible...I looked at a lot of houses with Adam (at least 20). He responds quickly to viewing requests and questions. He was very accommodating. Especially, since I was working with more than one person in purchasing the property. I ended up getting my house for $6K under the asking price, plus a homeowner's warranty & all appliances included. Depoimento: We could not have imagined that we would find a real estate agent who would make the process of selling and buying our home so user friendly. I first met Susan when we inquired about a property for someone else, and liked her so much that I decided if my wife liked her too, we would use her to look for our own house. She came to look at our house when we decided to sell, and MJ agreed we did not need to look for anyone else. We so appreciated that Susan gave advice, but did not in any way pressure us on any property. I have a low tolerance for "being sold", and I never got that feeling from her. She could not have been more patient, reliable, or easy to work with. The process in and of itself is so stressful, I cannot imagine doing it with someone who added to that stress. Susan took away tension and fear with her interactions with us. We actually miss seeing her now that we are done!
