Depoimento: I never knew finding a place could be so challenging. I purchased a home two times in the past and those decisions were relatively easy as I knew where I wanted to live and the places were brand new. I actually engaged Arrik Weathers after I sold my place in Torrance when it was clear that I needed a higher level of expertise of the different parts of Los Angeles. Arrik patiently guided me through many parts of the city, and I finally narrowed my choice to Beverly Hills. Ultimately, we found a dream condo. It was exactly what I wanted. However, the condo had lots of interest and thus there were many offers. The strategy that Arrik deployed, which included building a solid rapport with the seller's agent, ongoing communication about tactics, and understanding the true value of the unit, was critical to my offer standing out and being accepted. Once I landed the unit which was built in the 1980's, I soon made the decision to do substantial renovations. Arrik played a key role in convincing me to do the work before I moved into the unit and made the process as easy as possible by finding the contractor who was able to get it done fairly quickly for what I consider a very fair price. The selections recommended to me by Arrik for all areas of the unit have really elevated the space and have surpassed my expectations. I love the unit and love what has been done to the unit. I would absolutely recommend Arrik Weathers to others.

I did not call another realtor. She was engaging, bright, and easy to talk with, but it was her knowledge and directness that won me over. She did not disappoint. I warned her that my son was not all that receptive to buying a home, but asked that she try to encourage him to begin the process by looking at a few homes. It was a perfect match. She not only encouraged him, but taught and advised him while looking through several homes. Once he found the home he loved, she walked him through each step along the way to closing.
