We first met Brian when attending one of his open houses and immediately knew he was the right person to work with in our house search. Since we were looking for a home in a particular area, Brian and his team distributed letters to neighbors to inquire if anyone was interested in selling their home. When we sold a home, Brian held open houses until it sold. He not only put up a large number of “open house” signs but also distributed flyers to houses in the neighborhood advertising the open house. Some of the attributes that we liked when working with Brian are that he is assertive but not pushy (he is very low-keyed), he is very responsive (returns phone calls and emails without delay regardless of the time of day), you know that Brian is definitely working in your benefit when dealing with issues or concerns that come up during the entire process and he uses his vast knowledge to work the best deal for you. Brian is very personable and polite. We have bought and sold many houses in the past and Brian is best realtor we have had!

Depoimento: At our closing, the sellers charged us for the propane (used for heating house) which was in the buried tank. This was never stated in the original sale of the house. Shawn immediately insisted that this be removed from the purchase price before we signed anything. When we were searching for a home, he kept in constant contact and was very prompt in setting up several appointments while we were in town. Excellent negotiator.
