We enjoyed working with him so much that when it was time to sell one or our rental properties it was a no brainer, We called Phil to handle the listing. The home is currently under contract and should close sometime this month. Phil is an aggressive agent that will work hard to get your property sold. If you are in the market to purchase, he will diligently work with the seller to negotiate a deal for you. He is always available to his clients we even joke that he is a 24 hour broker. Unlike many real estate agents, Denise understood that we were looking for something special, something emotional even, and did not stop helping us find it after showing just a few. She was indefatigable. Denise kept our preferences in mind in suggesting homes to visit. She also fully supported our use of Zillow, as we watched for listings in our target locations, and helped us arrange viewings for places we found that hadn't shown up on MLS yet. After we found one we liked and made an offer to buy, Denise's knowledge of many important matters -- like inspections, and septic tanks -- stood us in great stead. Denise had the wherewithal to pull permit records and learned that our "3-bedroom" was really on a 1-bedroom septic. Weeks of negotiation ensued as the asking price had to come down by tens of thousands to cover the cost of alignment. She also had great referrals for settlement agents, lenders, inspectors, and more.Denise was so very pleasant to work with that we always looked forward to seeing her. We have been in our new home for a year now, and will always associate our beautiful local vistas with the weekends we spent working with Denise Chandler!
