Depoimento: We contracted Northcraft to repair and epoxy our garage floor on 6/20/15. The representative was friendly and informative on the day the job was to start.We picked our color and discussed the large holes at the end of the garage and asked if they would be repaired along with the pit marks caused by the road salt. His response was yes we will take care of all that and will look great. They did fill the two large holes but that was all. They epoxied right over all the pit marks with no repair. When we asked why, they sent a worker(a painter, not even a floor representative) to fill the holes with the clear top-coat material and looks terrible. Along with that there are large areas of the floor with NO top coat so the flecks and floor are not sealed. The two holes that were repaired were epoxied too soon and it did not stick and now we have exposed floor again. With repeated attempts to discuss a resolution the company refuses to return phone calls, emails, or come to inspect the issues presented to offer any solutions. Given this experience I would not recommend this company.
