Ben has a brilliant knowledge of the Colorado Springs area (at least near the Academy, where I was looking) and showed me several options, including used, new and houses under construction. Being a first-time homebuyer, Ben walked me through the process and was patient as we saw over 30 houses in the span of a few days. Ben went above and beyond on the closing, helping to personally resolve a landscaping issue and a scheduling conflict with the closing and delivery of household goods.
