Depoimento: John knows the local market well. He is thoughtful, low-key and listens. We haven't reached the point of "negotiating" a property yet. I wanted to leave it blank, but the system won't allow it. However, when he speaks to other agents, he is, again, low-key and smooth. He doesn't ruffle feathers.
