Depoimento: This is the second home I've listed with Craig in the past four years. Both experiences have been fantastic. Our most recent listing was late Fall/early Winter which they say is typically the slow time to sell. We had approximately 20 showings within the first 2 1/2 weeks and it was sold. Staging is extremely important and the responsibility of the seller, but all the other details were well handled by Craig and the great team at Redefined Reality. I would highly recommend Redefined to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Craig also did a superb job helping us navigate a multi-offer situation that in the end allowed us to get the price we wanted and extend a closing date until our new home was ready. A+++
