She was always ready to answer all our questions, always available whether for a phone call, texts or emails. She is very up to date on all the high tech options: e-signatures, email conference contacts etc; which was extremely important for us given our busy schedules.We had different tastes and requirement with my husband. I wanted a house that would be a turn key with all new fixtures and finishes: new kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors. My husband was more concerned about the exteriors, size of the lot, backyard, year built etc. After couple of showings, Andrea was able to figure out both of our tastes and offered houses that compromised for both our requirements. Once a property that will satisfy both of us came out on the market, we would always be the first ones to go see it. That was extremely important given how demand was high on the houses. We were able to find the house we both liked in the price range we were looking for. We made the offer right away the very first day we saw it (it was the day the property was listed on the market), before any one else even had a chance to make another showing. Thanks to Andrea's proffessionalism, we got an accepted offer and are now almost done with all the escrow procedures. She is of a great help for everything that needs to be done before the deal closes. She called couple of inspectors for us to get the best rate and scheduled the inspection for us. She is always in contact with our mortgage broker, sales agent and the inspector to make sure everything goes right. We get emails and texts from her with explanation all of all the steps and procedures and what to expect next. This is very helpful, since we are first time home buyers and do not have any experience in the field. Andrea's experience, professionalism, deep knowledge of Jacksonvilel housing market and great personality helped us find our dream home. It is very important to be able to trust the real estate agent you are working with while buying a home. If you want an agent you can put ur trust on, you should definitely choose Andrea!

I was very stressed about the whole process and really wanted to find the perfect place. He was very patient, understanding, and had great perserverance! After my husband passed away and I made my decision to sell, and scale down from 5 acres and large older house to something smaller. And from the beginning what ever could go wrong did... All kinds of road blocks came up getting my house ready to sell, But, she was right there to walk me through what I needed to do. and showed me houses when she found something or if I saw something I wanted to see, she made the time. It was a very difficult time in my life, and she was right there with me. Depoimento: Tej is nothing but professional and considerate. I would highly recommend him! My husband and I were thinking of buying a home in Hasbrouck Heights. Tej was patient when showing us houses and did NOT pressure us at all. Who can say that about a realtor? He gave his own genuine opinion if we asked for it. We didn't even end up buying, but it had NOTHING to do with Tej. We are just not ready. He always responded right away and never made me feel like we were bothering him. This is someone you want to help you through a very exciting, emotional, and serious process/decision. We will be contacting Tej when we are ready to buy.
