This was just one of the many ways Stephanie went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We appreciated her "on the ground" help as we needed to sell our home while relocating to a new city. Depoimento: Marisa is very very responsive.Diligent, not overly aggressive and pleasant to work with. You ask her for a list of properties, your needs, tell her you want to seem them - she will have it lined up for you. She seems to be very knowledgeable about the northern NJ (hoboken, jc, heights, union city, weekhawken) area in general. Yet to go into the negotiation process with her (as I am picky and haven't found the property to buy as of yet)
