She is a real estate professional who will use all of her skills in a home search, and will also give frank advice when it is most needed. Her level of dedication is something I had not seen from someone in her profession before. Patty will accompany you into houses and survey the property with complete thoroughness. If there is any question she cannot immediately answer, she will have your answer within a short time after research or communication with a seller/agent. I cannot recommend Patty enough. Give her a try and you won't be disappointed.

Depoimento: Ksenia was an excellent consult and agent. She is honest and not interested in making a sale but in servicing her clients. Her assistance was invaluable as she helped with staging and taking professional pictures. She contested poor appraisals and represented us well in the market. If you are looking for an agent with integrity, who is more concerned for you than the money she will make from a deal Ksenia is the agent for you. I wish I could transport her to south Florida to help me if d a house! Depoimento: I thought that selling a house after children had already started back to school would be difficult because of the reluctance of parents to change schools. I was also worried about winter coming and having an empty house as well as having to pay the mortgage, taxes, insurance and utilities. I knew the house was well maintained and in a great location near the Daniel Boone National Forest and with mature trees on three of the property lines. I even considered trying to sell it myself to save the realtor's fee.And then my son talked some sense into my head and told me that one of his friends in Stanton had recommended Chris Allen. The house sold in a matter of a few weeks as Chris has all the tools and knowledge essential to a smooth and successful sale. The buyers got a good deal because we had put about $6,000 or so into the property, but we sold it for what we paid for it. You can grow to love a property, and I did this one, but we move on with our lives, and Chris was there to make the transition painless. Thanks, Chris.

We were so thrilled to immediately see how diligent and passionate he is with his work. He is so responsive and devoted, it almost feels like you're his only client (which, of course, is not the case). He is great with selling agents. His intelligence and knowledge are vast. He has contracting experience and experience in a broad range of housing-related fields, so he knows how to look at a house and tell you honestly what you're getting into. Lastly, he was great to be around and made the process (which can be long and grueling) fun and pleasant. We ended up with a dream home in our ideal location and found a great deal with a motivated seller. It was a listing that I would have otherwise overlooked. Now were are settling in and so happy.
