Depoimento: We were lucky enough to have Laura recommended to us by our daughter. Laura did an amazing job for us. She convinced to keep our home on the market even though we wanted to pull it off. She offered suggestions that we took on how to make our home look more updated and invited and promised that she would find a buyer and she did. As we were selling our home to downsize, Laura also helped us find a smaller, one level, new home that met some very specific conditions that we gave her.She went above an beyond for us. I would highly recommend her. Also, if we ever sale/buy again we will use Laura.

Depoimento: This woman is amazing. She does not sign up houses and then wait for someone to express interest. She constantly shows your home. She knows the regulations for HUDSON homes and USDA loan homes as well as the history of most houses. She can tell you immediately if knows a house won't meet those standards, which saves money for inspections. So that you only pay for the inspection of the house you want and not on rabbit trails in homes that have serious problems.Three times I was about to purchase a home and changed my mind, once the day before I was to close. She did not treat me differently or show any frustration that I am sure she felt, but remained supportive.Thanks to her, I am about to move into my new home and could not be happier that Colette stuck it out with me until everything came together. I would choose her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to all my friends and aquaintences.

With only a week before the start of school, we wanted to get the house listed right away and Dennis did that. When we were out of town looking for a house in our new location, Dennis took care of things for us in Pittsburgh that other realtors would not have done based our past experiences.
