Depoimento: Karen Woodworth will always be my favorite realtor. She made us feel like we were her favorite client as well. We were looking for a house close to our granddaughter and daughter's home. Every few days she had several possible places that we could look at. We really appreciated her zeal in this area. A nearby home, no older than six years, and preferably single story or at least having ample room downstairs for us older folk to be comfortable in. When our new-to-us home came on the market we all realized this one could be it. Karen then helped us to reach an acceptable agreement and in a very proficient manner helped us make decisions and easily understand all the forms and considerations involved with the closing. After the sale she has stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was still right. We feel she generally had our interests at heart and was not working just for her benefits of having made another sale.
