Butch had numerous contracts on my former property within days of it first appearing on the market. Austin is currently a "hot" real estate market, presenting some challenges for those of us looking to sell and buy property within the city. After selling my home, I had to quickly find a new home. Butch's understanding of my price points and home/neighborhood desires put me in my new home within a month after the closing of my former home. Butch has excellent communication skills and is very accessible. I found this extremely important when you are selling and buying in the Austin market. With multiple offers (and showings) of my home and negotiating with other agents and owners for a new home in the hot Austin market, Butch provided frequent updates and kept me well informed throughout the process.
