Depoimento: Unresponsive property managers and unfortunately if you have a major problem you must talk to them. Maintenance hands are tied with major problems but very responsive . This is not good because I like the house but management is poor.

She carefully checked our priorities in detail, walked through all the steps with us from the beginning to the end, followed up with us periodically, always tried to answer our numerous questions promptly. She tried to be objective when looking at houses and was not pushing us to a certain direction, yet honestly shared her thoughts when needed which made our home buying process very pleasant. Jamila acted very fast when we had to put an offer or negotiate, and was flexible with her time to work with our schedule. Also she was very patient with our home searching which took several months and made sure that we find the right place at the right time. Finally we purchased the ideal house for us thanks to her professional guidance. Depoimento: We have had terrific experiences doing real estate with Shane representing us as both buyers and sellers. As in most real estate deals, if things get tricky, it is the skill of the realtor that either kills the deal or keeps the parties coming to the table. When negotiations have become tight or challenging, Shane has repeatedly displayed the people skills, as well as the knowledge and fact based positions to bring tough ones to a close. We did three deals with Shane already this year and I can honestly say they may not have closed with a different realtor. We have also appreciated his time in showing property in areas such as the beach, country clubs and Lake Mary where he is also extremely knowledgeable, and have found his overall input, advice and business acumen to be an asset to our investing. We will work with him again repeatedly because of these things.
