Depoimento: Where do I start? Tami stood by me for almost two years till the end. From going through a rigorous short sale process to eventually finding me a home.She was extremely calm mannered, patient, prompt and understanding in terms of responding to my numerous questions, phone calls, text messages and emails. There was a period in time when she was not too well and also had a death in her family. Even then, she never slowed down the process because she kept saying, time is against us to find you a home. At one point in time, when she was ill, she had her husband assist with driving us around to view properties. She also had her aging mother ride along with her an entire day because she had to make sure I found a home in time. She went as far as still working with me during the bereavement of her family member. How many people care or go the extra miles nowadays? She was very accomodating with her schedule- early mornings, late evenings and Sundays.If you are looking for someone to not only get the job done, because she does that extremely well, but also someone who is caring, professional and has a great attitude, then look no further. Give Tami a try and you will not regret/think twice.

Depoimento: Paige did a great job for me in the purchase of my new home in Winston-Salem; I would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone who needed a skilled and experienced residential real estate agent here. I moved to Winston-Salem from outside the state and knew nothing about the housing market here. My chief concern was that I be able to resell whatever I bought in a year and a half if necessary and get my money back. In my opinion, Paige really got the job done. The seller had already reduced his price substantially, but Paige was able to bargain down the price even further; in fact, well below that for which the house was later appraised by my lender. It was a wonderful feeling at closing to know that I already had equity in my home, in addition to the down payment. From recommending a very impressive home inspector, to point out problems I had missed in various homes which we visited, I always felt that Paige was in my corner, looking out for my best interests.
