Laszlo just helped me buy my first home, a nice Rancho Bernardo condo in Vista Del Lago. He made the process easy, providing just-in-time information at each step but also providing guidance and detailed explanations of the overall purchase and escrow processes. And anytime I had a question, he responded quickly and answered comprehensively, even late in the evening. And on top of that, he’s easy to talk to, well-mannered, friendly, and sincere. He really cares for his client, doing everything he can to provide a fantastic experience, which is exactly what I got from him. And he is knowledgeable when it comes to buying and selling property, because he’s got years and years of experience himself. During showings, he wouldn’t just rattle off the stats of the property, but instead would evaluate the build quality and pinpoint where certain problems were more likely to occur. He could even estimate how much certain materials would cost for renovations! And throughout the negotiation process, Laszlo predicted how the seller would react and we worked together to prepare our responses. The negotiation went exactly as scripted. He really fought for me so that I could get a better deal on the home, which is above and beyond what some other agents focused on collecting their commissions would do. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any of my family and friends looking to buy property, as I’m confident they’ll get the same excellent service from him as I did. H.L.
