Depoimento: I contacted Debbie by way of a referral from one of her past clients, as I was interested in purchasing or renting a home in Baltimore. Being from Dallas Ft-Worth, I had no knowledge of the area and relied heavily on Debbie's expertise in locating a safe, convenient, and affluent area in which to live after accepting a job in Hunt Valley, MD. Debbie was constantly sending me updates on properties in the areas that she recommended, all of which were in my price range and looked the most like "home" to me. She was able to send me listings of homes that were just listed on the market and that matched my wants and needs exactly. Depoimento: I had a very difficult situation, I was out of country, I had a dead beat renter. Chris was impressive to say the least. He was my point of contact to get the renter out thru the court system, recommended a lawyer to successfully get a judgement against that renter. He oversaw the prep, cleanup for getting the house ready to rent again and was my property manager for 2 years without a hiccup. He the successfully then sold my house. He made it very easy. I hold Chris in high regard and recommend him to to any party looking for property manager and or realtor.
