Then the magic started. In couple of weeks, I had a valid offer, negotiated it with Dan's help and had the Agreement signed. Technicalities were taken care of overnight. I was using a previous agent before Judy and Dan and they never sent me houses and if they did, it was not what I was looking for. I am a difficult person and Judy would set up to look at 8-11 houses in one sitting. Which was amazing, because I only had time on the weekends.
