Depoimento: Beware of this Agent... especially if you are new to this process! We were new to selling a home and unfamiliar with the process. We explained that to Julian before agreeing to work with him. He assured us he would do everything to help. We discussed price and he agreed. The home was on the market for 7 days and we received 3 offers. Discussed all offers, and went with the best one in his opinion. That is when the problems began. He was constantly telling us that we need to lower price and give in to whatever the buyer wanted to get the home sold. Meanwhile only concerned with the more expensive home that we were going to purchase. When we told him we were not interested in that, we wanted to put the house back on he told us this was the BEST offer we wold get, and he was not confident we would get another offer. We disagreed with this, and stressed to him that in order to purchase the other home there was a bottom line number that we COULD NOT go below. The next morning, he released us as clients. We were left with no way of contacting the buyer agent, and he refused to send us their info unless we signed the termination. He would not respond to our emails, texts, or voice mail, and sent another agent from his company to collect his sign and lockbox. We were left with 2 contracts in limbo without any information on how to proceed. I would NOT recommend him to anyone based on his unprofessional behavior.
