We went thru several realtors due to my type A personality when it comes to financial matters. Chris was the only realtor who did not judge a book by its cover (we were a young married couple) and treated us with respect and compassion. Chris was available whenever we needed him and gave his HONEST opinion, this meant a lot to both of us. Chris also moved quickly and never let a property we were interested in slip between the cracks. In 5-10 years when we are ready to buy again I will definitely being using Chris as I realtor!!!!

Depoimento: We began looking for a new home for my parents, who had a nearly impossible list of requests for a new home with Bethany. The nearly 2 year search came to an abrupt end in the midst of the offering process with the untimely death of my father. Bethany's grace and professionalism during such a difficult time made it easier to again reach out to her again. When the dust settled our plan changed and requirements. The need to move in to care for my mother became an immediate priority, and only one name came to mind to help us find a home big enough to move the still grieving widow from her 40+year home into something comparable with a growing family of 4 from their 20+years. Bethany Carr! Buying a home is stressful enough but adding all this emotional baggage puts you over the top! It was not a run of the mill real estate transaction either! We had to deal with leins , extensions, you name it...it happened. When emotions boiled over, she was able to settle things down which is no easy task with what was at hand. Bethany maybe young, but the way she handled all of the turmoil our family underwent and brought us from start to finish says otherwise! We've been in our new home now for sometime now and I wouldn't change a thing. Had we not found the 'perfect home' thanks to Bethany Car, we for sure would go to her in a heartbeat to find it.
