Depoimento: I was under contract with Mr. Passaro to sell my house for 7 months. During that time period he had brought one buyer to my property while other agents have brought multiple. He had one open house that was scheduled and showed up to my property that was not. When I decided to not renew the contract with him he was extremely unprofessional with me and argued. He never had any knowledge of the prices of the houses that were selling or sold in my street. He actually called me to tell me I had no idea how the process works while his wife was yelling in the background. He then proceeded to e-mail my wife and remind her of the contract. He is unknowledgeable and unprofessional and could not negotiate a price when someone seemed interested in the property. I would recommend that no one should ever be involved with him ever again. It took me one showing on my own to sell my house. Please be weary when looking for an agent as I would never want this to happen to anyone else.

Depoimento: Linda quickly understood my very specific requirements, regarding size, age and location. She focused on vists to only those houses I would buy, and often had to research new listings Friday, as I was only able to visit home on the weekend. Despite those hurdles, she found me a house within one month of the start of my search. She also showed excellent negotiating skills; there were some problems with the appraisal, but Linda's skill solved that problem quickly. My loan closed less than one month after the offer, and I am now enjoying my new home. I recommend Linda to anyone buying and/or selling a home.

Depoimento: If anyone needs to sell a house, I highly suggest contacting Re/Max Nate Moquin. In less than 2 months he had over 60 people look at our house and got us an accepted offer. We offered on a house that could have been lost at any point, but thanks to his strategy, he helped us make a strong offer with wording in the contract that gave us a better chance at getting the house we wanted, even though it was in a high demand location. He was very organized, he didnt make mistakes, and he busted his butt, doing open houses every single weekend, and investing some of his own money strengthening our situation to entice a buyer. He answered every question, and never got irritated if it was a dumb one. Thanks again Nate Moquin, you did a fine job and you have the knowledge and the talent of someone that has been in real estate for a long long time..... You earned every penny of your commission and I am very very thankful to have picked you for our realtor......
