Depoimento: We received an offer on our home and we wanted to accept it. We did not hear from Mr. Deacon for days. We finally contacted the buyers agent to find out what was going on, if they still wanted the house. They did, so we tried to contact Mr. no show again to only find out the he was in a training session for a couple of days. He didn't even have an agent assigned as his back-up. We kept leaving messages which he did not return. Eventually, we contacted hi broker and luckily for us the deal went through. When I say luckily I mean really lucky, the buyers where ready to pull the offer and move on to another neighborhood. WE WOULD NEVER USE OR REFER KELLER-WILLIAMS OR MR. DEACON EVER AGAIN.

Depoimento: Not good. Did not respond to calls even when an offer was on the table. Had to go to manager to get response. We did closing from another state and chip never even called us to let us know the closing went through successfully. He was just in this for the money.
