There is never a dull moment with Missy. If I ever have any friends or family that need a realtor, I will always tell them about my great experience with Missy as my realtor. I think that one thing that you want when you are buying a home is, you want to be able to speak to someone on a personal level, and not just talking to a salesperson. And my time spent with Missy, I never felt pressured to buy a home at all. Even if Missy knew that I liked a particular home, she never pressured me to buy it. But when I finally found the home my wife and I wanted, Missy fought in our corner to get the best results possible. I am very glad that I found Missy Wadham, because now I own a home with an awesome piece of property, all thanks to her. She is the best.

We were able to negotiate from positions of strength and I believe we achieved excellent deals with his guidance. Hunter was able to take the emotional roller coaster that some real estates deals become, smooth them and get to a conclusion. Particularly good were the details of the house sale.
