I did not know her before reaching out about a potential home, but she went out of her way to make sure we got a viewing when the schedule was apparently full, then helped us negotiate a deal that beat out 11 other buyers for the house. Stephanie was always on time and never left us in the dark when it came to the details of closing, inspection, and every other part of buying a home that can easily turn into a headache. On move in day, I showed up to my new house to find cleaning supplies and a sweet note. I even got a beautiful housewarming gift from her once I was all settled in. I have to say, Stephanie went above and beyond on absolutely everything when it came to purchasing my first house. I can't thank her enough for the knowledge and support she gave me in buying the house!
