However, throughout this journey Michael made this experience very comfortable and reassuring. He is an expert at what he does coupled with his professional manner and thorough knowledge of the home buying process. Did I mentioned how prompt he is to return your calls and text messages; he never leaves you hanging when you have any questions. He works with your schedule for the showing and keeps you informed. Michael makes your buying experience an easy transition, he was there for me and my husband every step of the way. After closing he still takes the time-out to drop a line or two on occasion to remind you about important dates such as filing for homestead. Michael is an amazing realtor to work with.

Depoimento: Alex Rozwadowski was an amazing real estate Agent!! His knowledge of the market, negotiating skills, and ethics where above none. I almost din't close on my house because I had a family emergency and we had a very difficult foreclosure company to deal with and he was able to extend the contract twice with the bank and pushed through on the last day of the contract the loan with the mortgage company because the mortgage company din't want to close because of a technicality.

It wasn't originally our intention to build, but he helped us find a house we fell in love with and we wanted to build it with a few custom tweeks. He guided us seamlessly through what, we hear, can be a VERY stressful process. We had never built a home before and he guided us through the entire process. He was our advocate. He helped us acquire our lot and got answers from our builder whenever we needed them. He helped to continuously make sure that we were on pace for a timely close. He made an excellent recommendation for financing. He made completing paperwork very simple and convenient. He was always always available to us for questions and even answered emails from us on a holiday. Should we move again, we will definitely be using the services of Eric Quiner.
