Lynn also told us how to prepare our house before it went on the market, which helped us to get an offer the first week, $5,000 over our list price. I've known Lynn for years, she's helped many of my friends sell their homes and buy and does an excellent job. Depoimento: Debbie was able to put us in contact with a mortgage broker that got us approved in less than 24 hours. As time went on there became a breakdown in communication and we were not always kept in the loop. We were not informed when things were held up due to papers needed from us. After closing we noticed things that were suppose to be done before purchase were not completed. We felt that was something that should have been followed up on.
