Depoimento: One star, since I cant give no stars.we worked with Bender back in 2015 Billie Stevens, to say the least was not happy with the results, and or our realtor not having the back bone to stand up to unrealistic requests from the seller, we had agree to multiple requests from the seller, the last one broke the camel back to say the least. Seller requesting for us to pay $500 a month in maintains fees, to increase earnest monies. No backbone from Billie Stevens from unrealistic demands. Our contracted, section 6 states: Seller agree to give buyer 48 hours to honor this agreement if another acceptable offer is received. In the event that the Buyers cannot honor the agreement, the sellers will refund all lawn care expenses incurred by the Buyer plus earnest money. Well we never got back our $1000 dollar earnest money. Way to go, hope she feels proud, looking good on you Bender.
